SWIM: 1.829K (P)

Today was speed training. My swim time improved from about 10 minutes to about 6 1/2 minutes per every 10 laps (not measuring exact seconds yet). But my overall time in the pool didn't improve because of increased recovery time between sprints. I expect my quicker recovery time as my conditioning progresses.
